When you play this again nowadays, you realize how unplayable and frustrating this game is; not because of the story or the theme, the problem is it suffers from invisible walls everywhere. You cannot take cover because then, you cannot shoot back, if you try to do so, you will see your bullets hitting invisible walls right in front of your character.
The controls are bad and the game is a constant glitch fight.
Some games, even with lots of "nostalgia marketing" are just plain bad, and don't deserve another play.
I'm also looking at you, Red Alert.

I remember when I first bought this, I was sold into the open world, but somehow I felt quite restricted in playing the game. But it is thanks to games like Mafia that has help to give us the open world games of today. Also this game is very sexist, if you destroy and burn a vehicle, you will see the charred dead victim still sitting in the car, only thing is, if the person in the car is a woman, the dead victim is always represented by a dead man.

It's a tragedy. I used the original game disc. After installation, the game worked smoothly. And now when the disc was ruined, I've bought a game on Steam. It was a bad move, I don't understand how anyone can wreck something what works well.?? But the game from Steam just didn't work for me. And according to the discussions, I'm not alone. Find the original version, avoid Steam!

These to buy version are butchered! They have the missing radio. DO NOT BUY. Massively undermines atmopshere when driving around.
