Even though the add-ons language is listed as English my game is in German after installing it...

I recommend running all of the programs in compatibility mode for Windows XP, including the Patch (Update 7) and Add-on Mod (Reinforcements Pack) when installing them. Otherwise, the game may not properly install altogether. At first, the game was only showing in German for me, but then after running the patch in compatibility mode, it installed correctly; and the game ran in English.

The end was a horrible disappointment. Gathering all the special items and what not only to have one of the easiest fights in the game. Then, it's just over. Taht being said. I would totally play it all over again.

I played this ages and ages ago. It was one of the first games I bought as an adult with my own earned money. I was enchanted by the fae imagery and it was in a bargain bin at a game store somewhere, so I figured why not. If I recall correctly, it features turn-based combat and a morality system, with a "good" and an "evil" ending, as well as character appearance changes based on your moral choices. Might be rose colored glasses talking, but fabulous game for what it was.

I dont recall it all that well, but from the screenshots, I played it. I think it's more of an adventure/puzzle/story type of game rather than rpg and the ending was either open-ended or disappointing, not sure.
