Description of Revenge of the Apes
Revenge of the Apes (a.k.a. Planet of the Apes) was a game that was being developed based on first Planet of the Apes (1968) movie. The development was in prototype stage when 20th Century Fox decided to close their video game subsidiary because of the video game crash of 1983. 19 years later, in 2002, collectors found rare cartridge with the game prototype, and a year later, in 2003, it was completed and released as Revenge of the Apes by Retrodesign in 2003
