How to play Robinson Crusoe Windows

The game is old so it doesn't work on modern systems, the best way to play the game is to use Virtual Machine with old Windows. The game requires QuickTime player for the correct work. If you run the game on Virtual Machine and have graphical glitches, in Compatibility settings set 640x480 screen resolution and 16-bit color mode

I find that you can download a zip for the win virsion.Unzip it then you will get a iso file.
1.You can use some virtual cd software to mount this file(others files like bin\uif can also mount ,for instance i use a software called Magicdisc).
2.Then mount this iso file and u maybe cannot open the installation.exe. Just open the"install"file folder.
3.Open the exe called Crusoe16.
4.Finally,enjoy it!

Got the game installed but asks for cd.
I unzipped the Robinson Crusoe zipfile
Which gave me Robinson Crusoe (Hybrid) iso i started to unzip this too before i did i got installation Exe file 286 bytes i try clicking on this nothing happened so decided to go ahead with the unzip and got do you want to replace the existing file its the same file so yes this went on for all file's when installed and try to run it asks for the cd. Q. Why is there two exe files one larg one small?
I did get the making of extras to work

How do you open & mount in Windows?

I tried to add .iso on the end and mount, it just says "file type retrieved has been blocked"

Also there are 2 files. one with .cdr_.sit & iso_.sit

can this version work on a PC? I've been looking for this game for ages but unfortunately my CD Rom doesn't work anymore
