I am laughing my ass off that this is here.
For those who don't know, back in the day, this game was regarded as such a piece of shit, the ORIGINAL COPY would fuck up on install. It was regarded as one of the worst games of its era...

Dude you don't need to do that at all. Download the "repacked" version from the downloads here below and you should be good to go. The game works 100% and loads all levels.

To progress further than the HUB level, you'll need to copy level files manually to the game's directory. The thing is, to unlock the level files, you'll need to visit the level through the hub area and you'll only be able to do that by playing the game on a Virtual Machine. You can then look for the files called "something_LevelMdlPkg.pep" in the folder -Assets-Models (on VirtualBox). The "something" is the initials of the level. For the Slaughterhouse level for example, the initials are "Slt"; the game just created this file when you visited the level. Now that this file is there, you don't need the CD anymore in order to access that specific level.
Copy those files to your host OS (Windows 10, for example) and now you'll be able to access all the levels at the hub area.
If you'd like, I can provide all level files to make your life easier. Just let me know.

This game only works 100% on windows me/xp via virtual box or another windows emulator. Otherwise the game will stop at the hub with a black screen without loading.

After coming to the Hub section of the first level, if you try to travel to other levels, game just softlocks itself, you'll only be able to see the left corner inventory and nothing else, you can cycle it but that is all... Is there any way to fix this ? I really wanna finish this game !
