It seems to be able to play this game (atleast on windows 10) you need a mounting software like WinCDEmu to mount the bin file and when you've installed the game you need to set the compatibility settings to windows 98/me and set reduced color mode to 16-bit on both the PlaySpirit.exe and Spirit.exe (found in the game folder within the folder the game is installed to)
