In VirtualBox try to use Win98 with VESA graphic driver installed (http://bearwindows.zcm.com.au/vbe9x.htm) and instead of SoundBlaster16 Soundcard Realtek AC'97 (With Win95 Drivers!). Should work perfectly afterwards. :)

The download doesn't really work. I used VirtualBox to play the game on my new pc but there are still some problems with the sound card or something else. The game starts but stops shortly after the beginning.
