Here is the video game “Wacky Races”! Released in 2000 on Windows, it's still available and playable with some tinkering. It's a racing / driving game, set in a licensed title and tv cartoons themes.

Runs on Windows 10 and even in Linux (Batocera). I have it running, but can't get it to fullscreen without borders. Working on this right now, but it does run and runs well. Looking into dgvoodoo2 to possibly fix this.

Very nostalgic, i have fond memories about this. But oh boy this game sucks lol, you get stuck on walls, fall off the floor and cant return to the racetrack forcing you to restart the whole championship, the hitbox is ridiculous, some cars are just undrivable. Still a cool game tho with a nice difficulty curve, in the last stages the enemies are vicious.

Works well. Even comes with a 100% save file.
The only nitpick I can add is that it doesn't include the FMV videos, like the intro or the ending.
