Description of A320 Airbus: Edition Europa
Thalion's A320 Airbus is a highly realistic passenger airline simulation - one of its kind ever made. The game is perhaps best described as a more "micro," hands-down version of Air Bucks, with more emphasis on flying passenger planes than business planning.
As a game developed in cooperation with Lufthansa and Deutsche Airbus, two of Germany's biggest airlines (which explains why the game features these companies' planes and logos in abundance), A320 Airbus is a serious simulation in every sense of the word. Cockpit instruments are complex, and flight dynamics are arguably much closer to reality than early versions of MS Flight Simulator.
Anyone who wants to try a fun, accessible airline management game should stick with Air Bucks, but fans of Tracon and veteran pilots will have a good time piloting passenger aircrafts in this overlooked sim that enjoyed mild commercial success on the Amiga.

A320II_DOS:
A flight simulator of full value. It includes all features and functions
of the "Flight Simulator for A320 Version 2". However, it is limited to Southern Germany
plus parts of Switzerland and Austria. It features 8 airports, while the original version
includes 140 airports in a scenery, which reaches from Norway down to the Canary Islands
and from Ireland to the eastern border of Germany.
All required documentation (Manual, Maps)(german) is included and may be printed.

DosBox 0.74 + Win7 (64bit) Works Fine
Both the USA and Europe version of this game work great except for the fact that I don't have manuals, maps, required airport codes to fly too. I have no idea what I'm doing and I'm pretty good with flight simulators. I couldn't get this bird off the ground.
In fact, in order to even get to the cockpit - I had to choose DUTY - write down the airport code it filled in on the flight plan, stop the game - run it again, write down the new random airport code when I chose DUTY again - then run it again - as I now have two airport codes! YAY - got into cockpit. But I'm unable to fly the thing. I don't know the preflight stuff, controls, nothing really. I figured out the views - F5-F8 I think, R ant T are elevator trim more and less - that's about it. I think F1-F4 - one of em turned the engines on.
That's all I have for info - except when I tried to google for the manual - the closest I found was someone selling the original game with manuals etc on ebay or something.
