Tried the patch and running in Windows 98 compatibility mode, but game still crashes when loading a race track...
Game menu was fine, mouse response is faster but still cant get into the track

To Run On Win7-10fix ,download 2.66MB zip,its dxwrapper file link here,put inside game folder, set Bike.exe compatibility mode to Windows 98/ME, game runs fine without slow issue both full/rip

Very tricky game to get running.
Requires Windows 98 compatibility mode, and on Windows 10 that means the game can't access most parts of your video driver. DXwnd and DGvoodoo got me into the menus but at single digit frame rates and a CTD when attempting to load onto the track.
I tried falling back to a laptop running XP and it did run correctly but performance was poor. Same deal with a VM running XP. If you have an XP machine with a discrete GPU you might have better luck.
Otherwise your best bet is an emulated Win9x machine in PCem. I got decent performance emulating a P1 233Mhz Voodoo 3 machine.
I had read somewhere that this game was a bit of a hidden gem in terms of motorbike simulation but to be honest I don't think it's worth the hassle. The physics aren't anything exceptional and it's so tricky to get running you're probably better off trying something a little newer that's easier to run.

Turns out it's Numpad 6, which wasn't enabled on my laptop.
