Just so anyone not sure what's going on will understand... this is, quite literally, Duke Nukem (1). The name change is NOT a sign that the game is a bootleg or cracked/infected copy or whatever.
After releasing the original game, Duke Nukem, there was a concern raised about the name being a trademark violation, as someone else had been using the word "Nukem" in a game. However, as it turned out, the entity using that had not bothered to register it, so Duke Nukem's publisher bought the rights to the name, and has used it consistently ever since.
Basically, this is the second release of Duke Nukem... renamed in a weird attempt to avoid a trademark violation which, as it turned out, was never really a problem.

Great game, but don't bother with this. Download the full version (Also on this site) instead to save yourself two downloads and to get the cheat and hint modes enabled..
