Funcionou aqui no Windows 11, porem reparei que quando o instalador falha (por algum motivo que eu não sei) ele impede a instalação de vários outros setup, tendo reiniciar a maquina, achei que vários jogos não tinham compatibilidade com Windows 11, mas foi o Setup desse jogo que bugou tudo aqui aparentemente
Sobre o jogo, ele é um jogo divertido porem visualmente estranho por ser muito antigo, principalmente os menus
It worked here on Windows 11, but I noticed that when the installer failed (for some reason that I don't know) it prevented the installation of several other setups, having restarted the machine, I found several games that were not compatible with Windows 11, but it was the Setup of this game that bugged everything here apparently
About the game, it is a fun game but visually strange because it is very old, especially the menus

I got this to work:
...click on the .reg file to install the registry settings
...make the directory that it is in : C:\jn5\
