Fix for black menu fonts (thanks to Google AI, a.o.)

You can use dgVoodoo2 to translate its legacy DirectX calls (DirectX 8) so it renders properly without graphical glitches.
Follow these steps to set it up:
• Download the latest version of dgVoodoo2.
• Extract the archive to an empty folder.
• Open the MS folder inside the extracted files.
• Copy DDraw.dll, D3D8.dll, and D3DImm.dll.
• Paste these files into your main MotoGP game directory.
• Run dgVoodooCpl.exe to adjust wrapper settings.
• Click the DirectX tab in the control panel.
• Set your video card to dgVoodoo Virtual 3D Accelerated Card.
• Uncheck the dgVoodoo Watermark box.
• Click Apply and OK to save.
• Launch the game as an administrator.

I have not tested all the dgVoodoo settings but so far with this configuration
my only glitch is that the intro THQ video is not showing or has no sound.
Game is running fine including sound and music.

For those who do not know how to install this game:
I did convert the two files i the archive to an ISO file with app PowerISO.
If you have an ISO file Windows 10 or 11 can natively mount the ISO file.
Then run setup.exe as Administrator.
After installing the setup procedure will provide a shortcut to Launcer.exe in your
game folder. If you did not choose for the desktop shortcut run the launcher.exe
at least once before running the game to set your GPU and game settings.

You do NOT need a NoCD exe file form GameCopyWorld when:

1. You copy file "elf.23" into the root of the game folder.
2. Edit this registry entry:

Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\THQ\MotoGP

Set CDPath string value to the same value as the InstallPath value.

Example value: D:\GAMES\MotoGP
