I really, really, really wanted to like this game because I'm a big fan of film noir and it has excellent, Hollywood-quality art direction and production. The problem is that it has PISS-POOR GAME DESIGN! No wonder the company went out of business after making this game. It probably cost them a fortune to build the sets and hire the actors. Why didn't they get a professional game designer to design it?! Very disappointing!

Make sure to remove the line C:\WINDOWS\SMARTDRV.EXE from the AUTOEXEC.BAT file or the dissolves will take FOREVER.

Also I could only get this to work in D-Fend Reloaded under Windows. It crashes in Linux.
