In 2007, Microsoft Game Studios publishes Shadowrun on Windows. This action game is now abandonware and is set in a sci-fi / futuristic, shooter and licensed title themes.

How to play Shadowrun Windows

- Download the game
- Extract everything anywhere you want.
- Install XLiveRedist.msi (available inside the game directory)
- Install gfwlivesetup.exe (click here to download)
- Start the game with Shadowrun.exe directly from the folder, no need to install it.
- DO NOT log in to a Microsoft account, instead do "create a new account"
- In the text box of new account creation, you can go down and select "create a local account" like this : https://imgur.com/a/FilA9NQ
- Spread the news and try to create community events!

You'll also find Shadowrun HD 1.2 and 1.3, those fixes enhance the graphics and fix the pink screen issue.

For me the sage one is were it's at. Some like the snes one but there two different games. Not to mention snes don't have u making runs into the matrix, crashing systems on a Corp run to disable alarm, shut sec cams down and more. ( runs to go play Sega versions ( abbacbba

Why? We had Unreal Arena 3, Halo 3 and so many other good Multiplayer FPS at that time. It didn't even uses the setting to have any unique element. You could play has a Metahuman and use some spells, but the game was at most a Tactical shooter with almost Quake/Unreal movement and not even a campaign mode.
Worst of it, we had to wait like 8 years or so for an actual Shadowrun CRPG.
