If you've read my comment from June 2024 (this was quite recent), I wasn't sure then if I could link to 3.3 patch along with fixed exe. Some games posted @ MyAbandonware have extras (such as a nocd file), so I'll make your job a bit easier and link to the following files:
[Available on this page] - 3.3 patch fixing Falkenberg round not starting. Install only THIS patch - I've seen @ GameCopyWorld there are 3.2 and 3.0 versions, but they don't fix that bug I mentioned earlier.
[Available on this page] - look for "STCC2 v3.3 [ENGLISH] fixed EXE" (it's the 4th line). Extract the *.ace file with PeaZip or your preferred file archiver able to read *.ace files. I don't need to say what you have to do after extraction - swap the original exe with the fixed one. The fixed exe will still check if the CD is in the drive, but at least the game will run and won't crash @ Falkenberg.

If you experience issues with running the game, try this solution (worked for me on Windows 10 x64):
* download the 3.3 patch (latest available) and install it.
* swap the exe from default one to fixed.
This will also work if you can't start Falkenberg rounds in both championships.
You have to look both for patch and fixed exe by yourselves. I did it earlier, but it's much easier to download the patch than the fixed exe for 3.3 version-patched game (there's only 1 site with that exe).
Anyway you have to keep the CD in the ACTUAL drive. Virtual drives don't support bin & cue images containing separate music, so just in case - burn the CD.

The 4 Dice Games work not because when sound Acceleration under Sounds is on Maximum. Set this on Minimal, the Games start.
