Solution for all who can't start the game on Win11: You need the file, that is available in this forum post: https://www.adventure-treff.de/forum/topic?p=817618#p817618
Create an Account in the forum, download the file, extract TraumPatch.exe in the game folder and start it. It will overwrite 3 files and then the game should work. If not, try to use the compatibility mode for WinXP after the patch on the main game file.

Been trying to play this on x32 system. I installed a virtuabox with windows XP x32 but I'm still getting a mistake. Also seems to be a German game so if you don't know Deutch you might not able to play it...

yeah it is unplayable on 64bit systems
even the GOG version seems to be like this

playing this game from zambia and my head is blown off due to the amazing graphics of the game i would recommend my fellow gamers to play this
