Thanks for that Bill! I own TF 2-6 and even their roms/isos, I'm able to play completely...except for this glaring omission of 1. It was insanely hard to find, I knew it would be rough to play, but just for curiosity/fan sake I wanted to give it a try one day. Thanks ton for your info to make it run easy on MAME, haven't emulated PC88 yet so appreciate it!

This works quite well on mame using the pc8801 rom (pc8801.zip) and then running the command:
mame pc8801 -flop1 diskname.d88
(of course you need to download the zip and the disk rom files).
Then in mame the controls are space to start, the numpad cursor keys to move and the z and x keys to shoot and drop bombs, I think.
But it's a good game for the time, but it's painful to play really in this day and age.
