i did just like IVOR BIGGUN said and it did not worked. i get error 105 saying it could not find installation languages

To play the game on Win 10, mount the image.

To to folder "Area51". Right click Area51.exe, go to compatibility mode and select "Windows 95". Then execute the EXE.

No need to install.

Ok solved it
Extract all files to one folder from iso
go here https://reactos.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=22&t=10988
and download (click link) Is5Launcher.zip
unpack it and copy setup32.exe to iso folder
drag setup.exe and drop it on setup32.exe
install game (location is c:area51)
now open your iso folder and open AREA51 folder
now copy WINART and WINAUDIO folders
and past them into C:Area51 folder
now run the Area51.exe (make a shortcut) and enjoy the game
(it may crash at first and not work just restart pc and play

You have to mount the cue file as a CD/DVD and run it from there.

I Downloaded it and a got a bin file and a cue file, there's no exe and I tried DOSBox but nothing happened. Am I doing something wrong?

It just doesn't work for me all it is is a blank VLC media file.
