This game is labelled as adventure but it is just a HOG (Hidden Object Game).
To get this game working I installed D-Fend Reloaded V1.4.4 on my Win10 PC.

Ran D-Fend Reloaded and clicked 'add with wizard', changed 'emulation type' to 'windows game', selected 'next', and for 'selected program to be started' added the location of the Blood Ties executable. Clicked 'OK' then Blood Ties was added to a list in D-Fend Reloaded. I then right clicked on bloodties and selected 'run program'. This starts the Blood Ties installer and you install the game.

Then use the Blood Ties desktop icon or executable in the Shade Tree Games directory to play.

this is very intresting game i am really excited to play again was played in my childhood for the very first time
