Star Trek: Judgment Rites (Limited CD-ROM Collector's Edition)
DOS - 1995
Description of Star Trek: Judgment Rites (Limited CD-ROM Collector's Edition)
After resting on their laurels, Interplay is back with an even better and longer sequel to 25th Anniversary called Judgment Rites. Although gameplay remains the same (after all, it's a prudent "don't fix it if it ain't broke" philosophy), the plot this time is more complex and puzzles more difficult, which means that "optimal" solution is less obvious.
Unfortunately, frustrating combat is also back, and dialogues are tedious at times. It's still a great game, however, and worthy of every adventurer's collection.

this was the fix i was looking for !! this works !! I'm running it under DOS 6.22
THANKS Stingm !!
It works! It took me about an hour of searching for articles and playng with sound card settings. I got the same blank screen as the posters above using dosbox and dbgl frontend. The answer was going throught the interplay setup using dbgl and changing the sound card on both to sound blaster pro and setting the card address to 220, 7 and 1. This is on windows 7 64. Hope this helps the others.

I tried playing this game here when I clicked on it. The intro played smoothy but then there was a black screen which I know other people have experienced. There really doesn't seem to be any site to play this game online except GOG & steam. I did purchase this game recently and tried installing but am having difficulty. However, I did come across the Star Trek 25th anniversary DOS version on classicreload which works very well.

If anyone needs help installing this, I'd recommend using PowerISO or a similar virtual drive emulator and DosBOX. On the Windows side, mount the IMG file in this site's download to a virtual cd-rom (PowerISO has support for this).
Launch DosBOX and mount its virual cd-rom to the virtual one you've created on the windows side. Mount your DosBOX folder as your C drive. Launch the installer from the command line.
Play and Enjoy!
Both PowerISO and DOSBOX contain further instructions if you need it.
I'm running x64 Windows 10

I dragged the folder into Boxer but it says that the folder does not contain any MS-Dos programs.

I have downloaded this version and having the same issues as well. Every time I try to get it going in DOSBox, it comes up with a blank screen then after pushing any key it gives the cannot find fed.vcc error. I believe the CD image is corrupt as well as I cannot mount it to anything. May need to reupload this with a fixed version.

I'm having problems getting this download to work. I have the floppy version and it works fine, but there is no voice acting. I would really like to run the CD version of the game and this is the only download for it I have found. I'm getting the same blank screen as other users only after my blank screen dosbox tells me that it cannot find fed.vcc. I saw Jonsey's suggestion but when I tried to mount the .img file from the cd directory I got an error stating that dosbox cannot extract the geometry "Something like that". Any suggestions?
