I don't wanna try to get this game working anymore. I give up.

Whenever Iget to the construction zone in Season 1 Episode 3 "Bay City Heatwave", the game crashes throws up a Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Error with the code R6025 and the name "pure virtual function call". Not only is this error incredibly vague and unhelpful due to the lack of information in the dialogue box and the incredibly vague terminology for it, but I have also found no working solutions for this. People said that the game crashes at this part because of the framerate being over 60 FPS and that you would have to cap the maximum frame rate to 60 FPS. And guess what? I have tried that, it hasn't worked. I have even used many tools to cap the game's frame rate to at LEAST 60, and every single time I have gotten the exact same error message whenever I got to the construction zone. I have followed all of the 'advice' that was given, and it either did nothing to stop the runtime error, or made some parts of the game run poorly. I literally have exhausted all of my efforts trying to get this dang game to work. I have wasted all day trying to get this working, and nothing I have done has fixed the issue. I even ran the game in compatability mode for Windows XP, and the issue persisted. I literally don't even wanna try to get this working anymore, I officially give up.

Never played this game but I heard a lot about it from people. So maybe I need to play it. Cause you never knew were you can find a cool game, and this one might be one of them.

Right click desktop NVIDIA / AMD Control Panel Manage 3D Settings Select Game Executable or add game executable Max Frame Rate 59 FPS Fixes the Runtime Issue

OR Simply install patch v1.32 for this game (download it from google, just be careful, use common sense)

Alternatively, download this game from another source like "old games download dot com" and reinstall, make sure to delete nestle version first from the control panel.

PS : For OP, there seems to be an issue with the "ISO Version English version 675 MB" .IMG File

Always mount the .cue file in daemon tools. The cue file is like the index to the bin file. Always put the .cue file and .bin file in the same folder.

And if you get cue file not found error message.

Right click the .cue file and open it in notepad.
Make sure that where it says

FILE "STARSKY.bin" BINARY
TRACK 01 MODE1/2352
INDEX 01 00:00:00

that the .bin file name is spelled exactly that you see it in the folder as the cue file.

if STARSKY.bin is named "STARSKYANDHUTCH.BIN", you need to change the name in notepad to the same name as STARSKY.BIN.

You can also name the .cue files and .bin files to different names, but they need to both be spelled exactly the same. And make sure ".bin" is included in the notepad edit for the .cue file.

When I try to open either the .cue or .bin files in Daemon Tools, I get a "corresponding cue file was not found" error
