Download Superleague Formula 2009: The Game (Windows)

Fixed exe-file showed minor detection ratio, it is safe to use, nothing to worry about. The game has been tested on Windows 7 64-bit, Windows 10 and Windows 11, it works fine, the game supports widescreen and high resolutions up to 4K. You may experience some small troubles when you play the game on modern systems, check our Guide and Notes for details

Install & play guide:

• Install the game (If the installation doesn't start - try to launch Setup.exe in compatibility mode with old version of Windows)
• It is recommended to install the game not in default path, but in some other, non-system folder, like C:/Games/Superleague Formula 2009, so you won't have troubles with fix
• Also make sure that you enabled DirectPlay if you didn't make it before, read this or this guide how to do it (if you're using Windows 7 or older - just install DirectX 9)
• After you installed the game - install fixed exe-file by Sim-racing freak, simply copy Superleague.exe from the archive and put it into game folder, agree to replace original file. That fix disables trial period and also adds compatibility with Windows 10 and newer systems
• Launch the game and play. If the game doesn't work - try to launch it in compatibility mode with other version of Windows (Win98, 2000, XP, etc.)

Notes:

• The game works fine on Windows 8 or older systems, but for some reason it doesn't work on Windows 10 and newer systems. Luckily, user Sim-racing freak made a fixed exe-file that allows to run the game on modern systems with no problem, check this thread for some details. Also, you can use that fixed exe-file if you have troubles with the game on older systems (not only Windows 10 or 11), since that fix works fine on old Windows too, author of fix tested it on Windows XP
• Also, that fix disables trial period. If you play the game without the fix, after some time it will ask to purchase activation code on official website. But it is not possible since the website was closed in 2012, so use the fix to disable trial period
• It is recommended to install all versions of Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable, and NET Framework for the correct work of the game
• Also it is recommended to install RAD Video Tools and K-Lite Codec Pack for the correct work of in-game videos
• The game works on DirectX 9, so if you're using Windows 8, 8.1, 10 or 11 - you need to enable DirectPlay: Go to Control Panel, and select 'Programs'. Select 'Turn Windows features on and off', click on 'Legacy Components' and check the box 'DirectPlay'. Select OK, once the installation is done, restart your computer
• The game should work fine with wheel controllers, here's a video example of the game played with the wheel
