In 1999, Take-Two Interactive Software Europe Ltd. publishes Biosys on Windows. This adventure game is now abandonware and is set in a sci-fi / futuristic and wilderness survival themes.

I was trying to get my physical copy to run on my Lenovo X61 running Windows XP and was able to get it to successfully work by disabling DirectDraw Acceleration through the DirectX Diagnostic Tool (`windows+r`, type `dxdiag`, enter, go to the `Display` tab, click the `Disable` button next to `DirectDraw Acceleration`).
In more recent versions of Windows you might be able to try achieving something similar by using dgVoodoo2, but as I don't use any modern version of Windows I can't confirm that. At least I can confirm the above works, so hopefully that can help some people get this hidden gem running on their setup.

i could not understand how to install the game. i downloaded the Game CD and Setup CD files but i could'nt find any installer. It says that Bio_setup.img is corrupted when i click to mount the image

This game is masterpiece! Still have original version. And to the guy who is asking what is Setup CD and Game CD? Well one is to install the game and the other one is to play the game. Original came with 2 CDs.

Don't you just miss the years where there were large amounts of small professional studios were all being experemental with large production values compared to today's indie games? AKA: The Pioneering days as some call it.
This game could qualify as an eduutainment game because if you use a walkthrogh, you're going to learn science and about the enviroment in the process which you need to both balance out in order to survive and/or progress as an middle-aged to old man, and with man-made food/cures/tools locked behind progression and dangerous/destroyed biomes/envioemnts while having to prevent enviroments from dying out which can end your sources of food, clean drinking water and natural medicine...
