I'm not familiar with the CPC, but I think that the ZIP here file contains the raw files that should be on a CPC disk. I don't know of an emulator that can read them like this. There is at least one tool for creating a new .DSK image file and adding files to it, but instead I managed to find a working .DSK image elsewhere. That file loads and runs in an emulator with the following command:
load "D&M.
